Board of Directors |
The Directors are appointed by the Executive Board to their positions. The duties of the Directors are to assist the Executive Board in planning the primary activities of the Club. Their role is to create a written outline of action items in their area to review with the Board. Committees will be established to take on the organizing role for any activities. While a Director may take a leadership role on any Committee formed as a result of their action plan, any member of the Committee can take the lead as Chair. |

The Youth Director's duties are to plan and participate in the running of the Youth Ski Program. This includes developing and maintaining the program budget and schedule with the Executive Board. Also the Chair will also maintain the club’s working relationship with Youth Enrichment Services (YES) and encourage all Boston Ski Party members to participate in volunteer opportunities with YES |

The Membership Director's duties are to develop a membership recruitment plan. The plan will identify individuals and groups which the Boston Ski Party should approach to join the ski club. Once identified the chair will schedule a time for a representative of the board to meet with the organization or send a person invitation to a potential member to attend Boston Ski Party events.

The Social Activities Director's duties are to plan social activities through the year for Boston Ski Party members. This includes volunteer and community service opportunities. The chair should be interested in networking with promoters and community leaders to keep the club informed to what's happening in Boston metro area. |
